Steven Black's piece "Cafe Triste" covered every conceivable topic, not excluding dead poets, love in pre-Banksy Bethelehem, and Einstein's private life. Kate Folk delivered short shorts from her award-winnning zine "The Eyes of the Chest," featuring among other things pianists, lizards, and clowns. Rita Bullwinkel told of a hungry church nave, and a snake that identified as a pear. Jennifer Zeynab Joukhadar explored cities as maps, maps as stories, and a story told to a fig tree.
